Returns & Exchanges Policy
We would like to personally thank you for your order from mamaibeba.com. We are dedicated to buying the highest of quality clothing for your kids and ours! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return it to us within 14 days in its new, unworn condition (with tags) for a store credit (shipping not included). Store credit expires 60 days of date of issue. In order to properly expedite your return you must email or call us within 48 hours to receive a return authorization number. Items must be returned with original labels, wrappings and tags along with the RA# written clearly on the outside of the box. Finally, insurance is not required, however, it is highly recommended. It is for this reason that all sales are final on custom orders. We cannot accept returns or exchanges of any item marked as 'custom made', special order items, personalized items, fabric yardage or any custom designed item. mama i beba works hard to place your custom orders into production within 24 hours so that we may ship orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order please call us ASAP (within 24 hours of placing your order) at 1-219-924-0100 and we will do our best to cancel your order. For fabrics swatches please give us a call or an email. Pre-Sale Orders Pre-orders are advance purchases made on merchandise scheduled to ship at a future date. As you place your order, these items are reserved for you and taken from our available stock. We then ship them when they arrive in our boutique. Check the date by each item to see the approximate time it will ship from the factory to our boutique. Pre-ordered items can be purchased by calling or e-mailing us with your pre-order list and we will take a 25% deposit on the items you wish to pre-order. Then the balance will be due once your merchandise arrives at our boutique. Because the items you order are purchased especially for you and will no longer be available for others to purchase, any canceled orders/items will be subject to a 25% non refundable cancellation fee. If the manufacturer decides not to produce a certain style you will be refunded your deposit or if they do not ship that style to us for whatever reason, you will also be refunded your deposit. We are not responsible for Pre-Orders/Reserve Items that arrive late due to manufacturer delays. We consider the expected delivery date up through 30 days later than expected to still be "Acceptable & On Schedule". Payment Information (on line purchases only) mama i beba accepts American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. We also accept ATM cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo. We do not accept cash, checks or CODs. Sending A Gift Sending a gift from mama i beba is easy. Just select the item(s) you'd like to send, request gift wrapping and include a personalized message for the gift card. We'll do the rest. Not sure what would be the perfect gift? How about a mama i beba gift certificate? We will send a gift certificate card in the mail. Then they can enjoy choosing the items just right for them. Policies, Options & Rates mama i beba will ship your order via United Parcel Service (UPS), one of the largest and most reliable shippers in the world. We offer Ground, 2nd Day and Next Day. Rates are calculated based on the amount of each purchase. They are as follows: Ground (5-7 business days) Up To $50: $8.95 $50.01 - $100: $12.00 $100.01 - $200: $15.00 $200.01 - $300: $17.00 2nd Day (Order placed before 12pm EST) Add $12 to ground shipping cost Next Day (Order placed before 12pm EST) Add $20 to ground shipping cost Hawaii/Alaska: (US Postal Service only) Add $24 to ground shipping cost International: (US Postal Service only) Add $24 to ground shipping cost Back Orders You will only be charged shipping once.
